Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–7 business days 

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, product launches, or holidays (such as Ramadan, Eid)


Tracking & Delivery

All shipments include tracking once dispatched.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, reshipping fees may apply.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly.

We are happy to assist with carrier claims when applicable but cannot guarantee replacements or refunds.
