Returns & Exchange
We strive in our store to provide high-quality products, and your satisfaction is our top priority. Therefore, we offer returns and exchanges according to the following terms:
First: Return and Exchange Period
Customers have the right to request a return within 3 days or an exchange within 7 days from the date of receiving the order.
Any requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Second: Return Conditions
- The product must be unused and not washed or worn.
- It must be in its original condition with all tags and original packaging.
- It must be free from any odors (perfume/smoke) or damage.
Third: Exchanges (Sizes)
- Products can be exchanged for a different size, subject to availability.
- If the requested size is unavailable, the customer may choose another product or request a refund.
Fourth: Non-Returnable Products
- Used or washed products.
- Products damaged due to misuse.
Fifth: Shipping Fees
- The customer is responsible for return and exchange shipping costs.
- In case of a manufacturing defect or an error in the order, the store will cover all shipping fees.
Sixth: Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the product.
- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
