Returns & Exchange

At ELVA, we are committed to offering high-quality products, and your satisfaction is our top priority. Therefore, we provide the option of returns and exchanges, subject to inspection and quality review of all items in our warehouse before approval, in accordance with the following terms:


First: Return and Exchange Period

Customers are entitled to request a return within 5 days or an exchange within 7 days from the date of receiving the order.

No requests will be accepted after the specified period.


Second: Returns

Returns are not processed immediately upon request, as all items must first undergo inspection and quality review. The item must meet the following conditions:

  • Must be unused, and not washed or ironed.
  • Must be in its original condition with all tags attached.
  • Must not have any odors (perfume/smoke) or any damage.

After the return is approved:

  • The refund will be issued to the same payment method within 7 to 14 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider’s policy.
  • Shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount unless the error was on our side.


Third: Exchanges

Exchanges are not processed immediately upon request, as all items must first undergo inspection and quality review. The item must meet the following conditions:

  • Must be unused, and not washed or ironed.
  • Must be in its original condition with all tags attached.
  • Must not have any odors (perfume/smoke) or any damage.

The product can be exchanged for a different size, subject to availability.

If the requested size is unavailable, the customer may choose another product or request a refund.

In case of an error in the order or a manufacturing defect, ELVA will cover all costs related to the exchange.
